★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a property in the month of March 2020 and i reached out to Four Square Realty for a 2BHK apartment in Bren Edgewaters. My Jaya Prakash showed me the property and explained in details regarding the amenities and other details for this apartment complex. He also clearly called out the Price break up of the apartment which helped me to plan my finances well in advance. I liked the property and booked the apartment. Unfortunately, COVID happened and everything was shutdown for over two months. Mr Jaya Prakash kept in touch with me over phone and provided regular updates regarding the timelines for registration and subsequent formalities.
He also helped me in reaching out to the guy from the bank so that i could apply for bank loan. Once the government offices were open, he arranged for the registration and everything went very smooth without any hassle. Overall it was a wonderful experience for me to work with My Jaya Prakash from FOUR SQUARE REALTY in order to purchase my dream home during this pandemic. :)
