★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a flat in Bangalore and stumbled upon Homz and Space. When I told them about the property I was looking out for, they explained me the different configurations available along with the pricing.
On visiting the property, Mr. Vikram was available to receive us and he gave us a tour of all the model flats available. Units were almost sold out as the project was nearing completion and hence we decided to go ahead with the booking.
Mr. Vikram helped us throughout the process getting the negotiations done and overall we’re very happy. Everything happened very smoothly.

His help and inputs were invaluable to get an early booking and a nice house. He communicated the urgency in making an early booking and getting a choice of unit. In addition, he kept us well informed throughout about any updates to the project and also spoke directly to the builder on behalf of us. He also helped my family members in getting their desired bookings as well. Keep up the good work! ?
