Around 4 years back I had purchased a Mitsubishi AC from them, and it gave good solid performance these past few years. Now, last month there was some issue with the outdoor unit compressor. The technicians diagnosed the problem correctly, and went through a lot of trouble to help me out.
First they dug up my old records to trace the original invoice from 4 years back. They then coordinated with the Mitsubishi head office and placed an order for a new compressor on my behalf.
After the compressor arrived, the good people of Hitech deep cleaned my AC, installed the new compressor, and ensured that everything was functioning properly.
However, they surprisingly billed me only for the service and labor; they did not charge me for the compressor unit, which would have been around 40K more!
When it comes to after-sales service, most vendors are notorious for fleecing their helpless customers, let alone one from 4 years back. Other shops would not have thought twice before slamming me with a huge bill, but the guys at Hitech not only did a thoroughly professional job, they also ensured that an ordinary consumer like me did not have to pay more than what was barely necessary.
