★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying here since 2017,everything was great before pandemic,due to pandemic many people are not able to pay high maintenance,requesting for extensions but no use.They have disconnected generator connection and many people are doing work from home this was not expected from such renowned builders.They could have stopped the club house facilities or other facilities but they stopped electricity backup just to torture residents.
Don't even want to give one star.
Facilities also not upto the mark.If they don't understand you during this hard time then I should say that think 1000 times before investing in this project.Don't go with the charm and beauty go with reality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locates on Kondhwa budruk road towards Undri. Near Talab masjid famous around in Kondhwa. Good premises with decent flats and huge inner premises. Play area for chikdren and walking path inside the society.

They have shops just outside
The connectivity by bus or local transport is good
The society is clean and clear with rules
