★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend staying here. He paid one lakh rent from the time he shifted.however still landlord still not ready to give his pancard to submit in office.
Police verification, rent agreement nothing is done. So government can imagine how people are serious for security.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Apartment in Bellandur, spent around a year in this apartment, Rents are very high compared to other apartments in this area, Its old and dirty, they call it furnished but all furniture are old and garbage, few of them stop working in few months for that they will charge you extra, owners never look into for any problem and caretakers are uneducated, guards and all they talk very badly, I would like to mention the name of caretaker Lokraj he is so worst, he never hear for any problem neither he will let you to talk to owners and most pathetic thing once you will be leaving the flat they will charge you for unnecessary deduction saying this and that, they will almost deduct all of your deposit amount with them.They are thugs they don't even provide there PAN NO. for HRA purpose, you can't even claim for tax purposes, what you will be paying unwanted higher rent you will be paying to them.i wish I could give them negative stars here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place I have seen in my life!!!! Managed by group of thugs. Extremely overpriced, 13K rent + 1K maintainence for s***h***. I was new to Bangalore and didn’t knew about facilities available online for preparing rental agreements. These guys made me pay 500 first to get useless rent agreement which is not acceptable as proof of address in any of the govt offices. When I asked them to get me another, these bastards made me pay 500 again. Even after paying so much money, they don’t provide PAN card details of owner in order to claim HRA benefits in my company. On top of all this, they misplaced / stole RC of my new bike which was delivered by post. Response from caretaker on this - it is not my job!!!! Beware guys about these people. The place is so filthy and 0 maintainence is done. I never saw owner during my complete stay, only her name in rent agreement- Mahima Thakur. One of the reviews is written by her saying that place is awesome. Joke of the day!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place to stay.. With a small swimming pool.. well illuminated fountain.. Pool side covered partying space along with bonfire.. Plus partying space in garden as well.. Members of the staff are very polite, friendly and helpful.. Food is also delicious

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Owner won't give you his pan number and when you will ask him, he will ask you to vacate the room. He will mentally harass you by his chamcha Lokraj, who is also as worst as him. Please don't take any room in holiday apartment. The room owner is the worst to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd class apartment with 3rd class staff (specially Lokraj) and owners! You literally have to keep calling them for 2 months for your security deposit and still they don't intend to return your security deposit! And when they do, they make all kind of unnecessary deductions! I stayed for 2 years with them but they showed their true colours when I left. Never seen such a "chindiii" behaviour from someone before. Can't describe each and everything (you can understand how fed up I am from them). Finally I realized that it is just a waste of time approaching these thieves for my money. So I considered those deductions a "Bheekh" and left it! Who has that much of time!?
