★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY pathetic people. it is best if you look for somebody else. Donot go to these people.
They have no respect for clients. They Start shouting at their clients.
Especially their salesman "HAROON QURESHI". We placed an order for headboard and mattress. He was very eager to get the payment. Kept forcing us to send send send. And when we sent it. He told us it would take 15 days. And after 15 days was over we called him. He then told us it would take another 15 days. How many days does it take to just make one headboard? And when we resonated with him he started lying saying the money reached him 5-6 days later even though we had sent him a receipt and were sure the money reached him the next day. And then he started shouting at us and told us to give bank details to give our money bank. How can someone do like this. These people are liars. Cheaters. Please donot get furniture from these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever place to shop furniture. Almost all the shops around these area are just frauds, cheaters and big time liars. These shop owners and sales persons are worst ever in attitude. While selling the products they will please you and for after sales service they Wil just not respond you and never answer your calls and keeps on giving false promises and assurances.
Product which was ordered & purchased after full n final payment at the shop before delivery was not the same, did not sent later the product that was purchased and did not even responded to calls correctly or not even assisted. Did not allowed to check the product at the shop even after the final payment was made.
Abusing the customers on phones and threatening on phone if asked for refund for the product which they did not deliver.
Worst customer service, really bad furniture products.
Big time cheaters and liars..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regret buying my sofa from this store. First the delivery was always delayed by 3 weeks and they did not respond to calls. What’s worse is that the quality I got for Rs 39000 was extremely poor. The sofa seats became soft and compressed in the second month itself, I have my doubts if they actually used sleepwell mattress for which we were charged. We followed up for months threatened to go to consumer court but they don’t care. Just be careful as they could be unreliable in terms of quality and forget any service expectations..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad experience with this outfit. I would not have them make even a stool for me. I advise you to go anywhere but this place for your furniture requirements. Also, I am told that most of the furniture shops in this area operate in the same manner. The carpenters are not at fault here. It is the people who manage them who are unscrupulous and have absolutely no integrity.
