Extremely commendable as they have perfected Thugging and cheating customers to a fine art.
No indication that there was any additional delivery charge. Made it appear as if it was inclusive and then starting demanding a 'ransom' for the cupboard to be delivered.
Extremely rude and argumentative and no consideration that young children were present.
I would definitely avoid this shop in the future.
Don't deserve the one star but there wasn't any less than that to be rated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It even doesn't deserve single star also... the worst experience I had with PLAN IT FURNITURE GOREGAON . I havent gone through reviews and ratings otherwise I wouldn't ordered from this C grade shop.
The worst quality the worst behaviour and very high price... this is the identity of this shop .
I think this is my recent review..
They boast like they are manufacturing the best quality product but handover the worst quality.
Goons cheat like this.
1. Two persons ASHRAF AND MUJEEB... which I faced will talk like gentleman they give verbal assurance... like best quality material, pakka bill invoice, ontime delivery without extra charges, 7 years guarantee and warranty.
2.While at the time of delivery they will demand for extra money for pakka bill... which they said earlier inclusive of all i.e. GST and Tempo charges.
3.The quality they delivers is the worst comparing the money which you paid.
4. They are good till they get money, then after they will not receive your call also.
5. They will show kachha bill on which its written TEMPO CHARGES EXTRA. At stary they will tell this cost is enclusive of all.
6. If you ask for service then also they will say no guarantee of the product.
7. These cheater has no humanity.. no fear of administration.. no concern for others hard earn money.
8. They will loot upto any extend.
9. Unitedly we can lounch complaint in consumer court... as they breach... dont give pakka bill... fake verbal assurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buy anything from them or from any of the ships in the area. If you still like something try to pay on delivery. These people show good furniture but deliver low quality, rusted and damaged goods. Then you will have to fight for repair which they won't do. Better to reject delivery then to fight later

These guys are real cheats.. after taking the complete amount these guys do not care to answer your call or any queries.. delivery is not at all on time.. they make false promises and do not deliver on the time agreed upon.. biggest mistake of buying a wardrobe from this shop.. I wish I would have read the reviews of this shop before entering in.. this shop deserves zero stars

Once they receive money the tone and the service changes instantly. Will definitely not recommend this shop to anyone. Beware...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a very expensive sliding door wooden wardrobe from them.
In the showroom it looked very premium and the quality seemed good.
What got delivered was very very different from what was promised. The finish was shabby, one door was shaky and the drawer attachement was broken.
The lock on one drawer fell off within one week of usage.
They cheat you by not mentioning the transportation charges and charged me an additional 2000 rupees for a 10 km delivery distance.
Forget the seven year warantee they promise, because they don't bother to pick up the calls.
Strong word of caution against buying from these cheats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing 4 door cupboard. Please avoid this shop. Product delivered with internal damage...exobirent delivery charges demaded like ransom....when delevery van is offered by us, he refused to send people to assemble the cupboard at home like ransom...
