110% agree with all reviews. These guys cheat in all respects. They show you something and claim it's all made at workshops behind their showroom. The fact is they get it done from very poor quality unprofessional workshops somewhere in Malvani where you can't even go and check the status. The material quality is worse and so is the workmanship. They claim to be interior designers but they can't even get basic things right. Beware and Steer clear of these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely painful experience. The owner Mr.Guddu committed to a certain price and design specification in writing for our custom made shoe rack. However, at the time of delivery, a different (smaller) size was delivered. When accosted, he demanded additional money for making as per the size, in spite of earlier agreeing to it in writing. Further the delivery was delayed by almost 2-3 weeks. The work was also of shoddy types, the drawer handle came out into my hand on the 7th day after use. Never order from this particular furniture maker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most horrible and pathetic buying experience. Was promised a book case in 1 weeks time in October. After being kept on the hook every week for 3 months, the tempo finally arrived to deliver it. However the guys demanded money first before even letting me see the stuff! And on refusal to pay money before the thing was set up, they actuality took the thing away!
Never have i experienced this level of cheating and fraud in any shop, be it a stall or a mall!
These guys are a shame to our country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caution: Please do not buy stuff form Unique Furniture. Nadeem and Salman, the two people handling the shop are untrust worthy. They will take the advance and will delay the delivery at their wishes. Poor finishing, chipped wood, extremely bad polish! They wont pick up your calls after they have received the payment! I wish I had seen this review thread before purchasing from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unmet specifications, unsatisfactory finishing and delivery delays
I ordered a bed with box storage, with some customization. The bed was supposed to have springs for the box storage lid, and was clearly promised by the store person, Mr. Salman, at the time of order. However the final product lacks the spring, thus making it extremely difficult to put heavy items inside the storage. This issue remains unresolved, being cited as 'Technically not possible due to the customization' by another store person, Mr. Nadim. Technical infeasibilities are acceptable, however the same should have been clearly mentioned upfront at the time of order and compensated for accordingly.
The bed pieces themselves were extremely dirty and were chipped off along the edges at the time of delivery. Being white in colour, these flaws were clearly visible. After a lot of argument over the phone with Mr. Nadim, this was resolved with the help of a polish.
The delivery of the bed was delayed by three days, pushing it from Saturday all the way to Monday. Worst still, I had to repeatedly call Mr. Salman, who kept making false promises and ultimately stopped answering my calls. I had to visit the store and engage Mr. Nadim to have it delivered, albeit with the above flaws that added to my frustration.
All in all, I had a frustrating shopping experience with Unique furniture and would strongly discourage anyone from engaging them for their furniture needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely painful experience. The shop keeper assured best price and design specification in writing for our custom made study table. However, at the time of delivery, a different design was to be delivered , which we made them to chage as per our design specification..It took them a month to deliver which they assured to do in a week's time that also after 100's of reminders. The work was also of shoddy types, with out proper finishing...ply came out in 3 days. .They send some unprofessional ppl to deliver who even don't know how to assemble the basic things & if u call / message they just give a deaf ear...ask for full payment before delivery so after if u complain also they dont receive your calls...After spending your hard earned money you wI'll not get what u paid for.....They r cheaters.....They can't run their business by cheating customers .... Never order from this particular furniture maker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor work done .. no finishing in the final product.. takes full payment before delivery.. so you can't anything when you get the product with poor finishing. Takes a lot time to deliver the product.. in my case they took 1.5 months to deliver my furniture with n number of follow ups where sometimes they don't even pick up the calls. If you don't stay nearby this shop .. you can have to suffer a lot .. You might have to go to this shop to check your furniture.
Also the way they talk is extremely impolite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never Ever think of buying from them. They will promise "Taj Mahal" and Deliver a "Makbara" and then will justify by saying even "Taj Mahal" is a Makbara. I can not give 0 as i dont have option. The Process is..
You visit, they will show things with great interest and promise you the world,
You Order and they will ask for 50% advance, till then they are super friendly.
You make 50% now the real trap comes. Wait for promised delivery and you start follow ups. Don't be surprised if no one takes your call, if call is answered, then string of promises for delivery.
Finally Delivery happens now new twist, they will ask for full payment else goods will not be delivered. You have already made advance payment lost good amount of time in waiting for delivery, so in good faith you make full payment and goods are at you place.
They will fit and leave, then you start noticing what you ordered and what you got.
Although they will assure you during order booking for certain warranty, but you keep calling after payment, nothing will happen. We will fix issues "By Tomorrow"...Which will never come eventually.
NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM....
