★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shitiest furniture and material you can think of. They dupe you by not showing the material from behind or below, their wardrobes wre made of 4 mm substandard plywood which they dont even treat, in short an open invitation for termites. After taking advance they will tell you that full payment needs to happen before delivery, and they dont take any gurantee for their own furniture.
Unprofessional crooks.

Dont give even 1rupee to Elegance Furniture or its owner; this fake sofa cum bed was sold to us by Mr. Imtiaaz.
I purchased sofa cum bed, the bed part of the sofa broke in the first 3months without any use. Called them but no service provided.
Just called some furniture repair guy to repair the sofa, found out that the sofa has no foam and no ply wood support for the main sofa at all.
Instead of foam these people have put it some fibre and and in absence of ply the sofa has caved in.
Absolute theives!
I am uploading a photograph for the ply-less and foam-less sofa as proof of the fake product.
Please dont buy from this shop and get cheated.

Not at all responsive team
No accountability
Quality of the product is average or below average
Deliveryof the product is a big challenge
The products lack finesse
They sell products saying it is teakwood but I don't really think it is.
The only positive point that I can think of is it's affordability. The products come cheap.

Readers , please avoid to buy any furniture from this shop as the after sale service is pathetic, the owner will put up fake smile and promise you to provide best quality product which is never going to happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional people. Always take the customers as granted. Quality is pathetic. All the materials such as plys, sanmica, screws etc are of bogus quality. Guys, never ever give any contract to these people. Very poor service and staff is very arrogant. Please don`t buy furniture from here, just not recommended. Staff named Arif is very rude and Inefficient. We had ordered for furniture of Rs 70000 and ended up buying broken bed..cupboard with loose hinges...finishing very poor. Save yourself and don`t come to this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional. Poor quality of goods. Will promise but not deliver. The workshop where furniture is made is filthy. I have cancelled the order n made a loss of 10k however better than buying the filthy quality furniture. Owners including workers are rude n take you for granted. The phones r always switched off. You will have to travel to their store to get any update. Not at all trust worthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t buy from this shop , it is horrible. I have ordered furniture from 6 months and it is not delivered. Very unprofessional and they don’t stick to deadlines. Good product is of no use if it’s not delivered. Plus I have already done half payment. So at a loss from all sides.

They will make lakhs of promises but dont believe them...they are just liar and quality of their furniture is most 3rd class..they use useless and rejcted wood and polished it to look like new but beleive me, one you will take it home, you will find the reality.. their after sales services are aweeeeeful...they will make you mad by just promising and promising...but months together they will not come to service...once, after months together follow-ups and heated arguments, if they will come...dont trust them...they will deliver same item in same 3rd class condition, after keeping 10-15 days with them in the name of service...
