2. The Flush had very bad water flow and unable to flush. You need to put a bucket of water finally.
3. Room b4 handing over was NOT clean. There were ladies hair and hair pins in thd room.
4. The Chairs were almost to break. They were kept taking wall support to avoid dropping a person!
5. Internet was NOT connecting to mobile. I never got the OTP to activate it.
Extremely high rate as compared to quality and facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff, well equipped place, neat and clean rooms, usually occupied by marriage crowd, they currently offer complimentary breakfast and 50% discount on tariff, in house restaurant is pretty decent and Taj walking distance and Sadar bazaar is nearby, I'll recommend to anyone looking for a safe, reliable option, it's good.

All thing that nice and clean property.
Recommend for stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When i visit this place i thought its an ordinary Hotel....but after exploring their rooms, swimming pool and lawn area i must say its a Good place to stay
This place Have enough space for events and wedding gatherings
I was not ordered any food from their restaurant so i did not have any idea about their taste of food
Overall i will give a thumbs up to this place ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst hotel i have seen in my life. They make you beggar of each and every thing like for TV recharge you have to call them again and again. They will recharge and then you may see the TV in room. Only one or two persons in housekeeping etc. No cleanliness No service No hospitality. Please never take this as an option

We booked this for family function (Ring ceremony).
Stage was too small that it could not accommodate 10 people at a time.
There was no DJ, only music system in corner. If you want to dance you have to dance on floor. Caution, floor tiles are slippery.
Guest chair sizes was very small.
They do not know what is hospitality.
Though it was winter but inside dues to crowd it was very suffocated and hot. And they did not turn on ac to maintain a good room temperature. When we asked to turn on the AC. They replied that we have to find a man to turn on AC, that was very pathetic.
There was no indication where is the dinner room, many guest left after having snakes only because they thought there is no dinner.
More, in dinner they served Green tomato in salad. They do not check any thing it was like they are feeding animals here.
At last food were finished and 20-25 people left for dinner.
Though they compensate INR 10000.00 in final bill for all these inconvenience and poor service.
But they wasted our day, our money our moments and that can not be come back.
They were keep saying sorry, but that can not be accepted. It was not same day booking, it was planned event and hotel was not well prepared for that.
