Management stress upon to make the place and stay more comfortable and homely with warmth of true welcome, you will not find fake professional smile and luxurious fake look around.

It is comfortably cozy, and is ambient as expected,
It was prefect place for 35 members marriage guests.
I will definitely consider or refer the property to house any future requirements.
Very good customer service and support.
Nikita, Tilak and Hari are great, co coordinated very well and am sure will do with any customers who visit.
Overall we had a great experience at Hotel cozy ambience.

Staffs were friendly and keen to help.
They had allowed us for few hours early Check-in due to the availability. But, one thing which I didn’t find it professional is that, even though the check out time was 11am, we were asked to change to another room as they had another guest. This created a trouble for us as it was too early for us up from bed.
I had spoke to the manager and he had helped me arrange early check-in but, the next guests could have been managed in someother room till we check-out. The pleasant stay was disturbed a bit. Rest all cool. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Cozy Ambience for hosting my family and guests who did come to attend my son's Upanayanam function. The stay was overall comfortable, very much courteous staff who very well took care of my guests. Were very flexible, and food was great. Little bit of issues in ACs, Heater in few rooms, but were attended do. The big flip side for sure if there is no checklist of what items are given to you when you check in (like remotes, All out mosquito machines etc), but when checking out had some issues, feedback given to have checklists signed by guests so as to not land into issues. Overall comfortable stay, and would surely recommend Cozy Ambience as Service Apartments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did not have good experience here@cozy ambience.The place was not as shown in pictures so we didn't check in. But still they did not refund us full amount. They offered us another room as shown in picture but were asking more money for the room which was not in our budget. so we did not take that. They are giving all sorts of reason to refund full amount. They kept our 1 night stay amount with no valid reason. Very disappointed. If they would have refunded us the amount we would be so happy to recommend them to others. Now we won't recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the guests of my wedding from different states had stayed here and they were extremely happy with the services and the homely yet professional feel of the place. Tilak, the staff head is extremely courteous and personally attended to every guest.
They have taken all the measures to ensure hygiene and I would recommend this place for anyone visiting the nearby Apollo and Fortis Hospital as well because of the standards of hygiene that they have maintained.
