★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to stay. Well maintained and staff are polite. The hospitality was really good. Has Access to all important parts of the city. The place TV, Sofa, LPG gas/Stove, WiFi, Workstation tables with Chairs, Dining tables etc. I rented a couple of 2 BHK apartments for about 21 days in August and my stay was very comfortable without any trouble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my review about Sunshine suites, the one located in Panduranga Nagar near Apollo Fortis Hospital.
I rented a couple of 2 BHK apartments for about 21 days in August and our stay was very comfortable. The important aspect about this place is the cleanliness and the facilities available for people wanting to spend some time away from home without worrying about every day activities. The apartments are fully furnished and you have plenty of furniture starting from Sofas to Dining tables to workstation tables etc. The place had a bit of a problem connecting to WiFi at times but the Caretaker/Manager was able to handle it swiftly. The apartments are swept and cleaned every day and hygiene is really good. They do have a common washing machine at the terrace and the staff help you to load/unload the laundry.
Both the bedrooms have STB with minimal subscription(although we don’t watch much TV), which is a nice thing to have if you occasionally want to catch a movie or drama.
The hospitality was really good and the Property also has an elevator.
Other notable appliances are the Refrigerator, Owen , Gas and stove etc. I would definitely recommend this place and will rent it again if i ought to stay in Bangalore in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely friendly and hospitable staff. The rooms are huge and have all the amenities required. The in room service is good, although the food is not made in house and is ordered from a nearby franchise of the same brand.
I'm deducting one star because the refrigerator wasn't functioning well and there were cockroaches in the kitchen. However, I would recommend this place for a short/medium length stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just loved the ambience here, it's a service apartment ,well maintained clean and tidy place, staffs are available for immediate service, also there was hot water service available in the morning,not sure about night and only thing if it falls to cons might be parking it's a quiet residential area so the parking space was provided or available in street itself !
Overall good experience!
