★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place s ok but not maintained well. We had a power cut at night without power backup and the room got pretty uncomfortable, the caretaker is good and complies to requests readily. However the cleanliness of the linens are questionable since the caretaker inadvertently told that the bed clothes are given to other rooms once we vacate, hope after cleaning !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving for stars solely because of the hospitality of the person here. He is beyond amazing. The place is a serviced apartment. Room isn't that great. And a bit more amenities would have been good like night lamp and Woking charging ports. Didnt make much a problem for me as hardly did i stay at room. Complementary breakfast available and is arranged by the same person Kanhaiya. I am happy cz of his hospitality and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment was clean, well maintained. The caretakers were also kind and responsive. The furniture was good. Since we could order anything through swiggy, food was not a problem. The availability of utensils can be improved. Safe zone to stay with family with ample car parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed the place just to sleep for the night because we came in the day before a morning engagement. All we needed were clean beds and functional bathrooms. Their bedsheets, while clean, are full of stains...and are not crisp...they don't feel freshly washed. Though, to be fair, the bedsheets don't smell bad or feel dirty. But I think there is definitely need for a fresh set. Bathrooms were clean, but the buckets and mugs need a thorough scrubbing. Other than that all was OK at that price. So it's value for money.
