★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice property if one has to stay around Bannerghata road. Spacious, good ventilation and lighting, parking available, cleaning, necessity shops at walkable distance. Definitely better than staying at 4/5 star hotels

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most places claim to be a Home away from Home but fall short in their experience. However, I'm pleasantly surprised to say I found one such place that justifies this phrase. That place is Pinnacle Service apartments near Bannerghatta Road. Now lemme give you the details of why I said this:
The apt is huge and can easily fit 5-6 people and still have room. The Hall & Dining Room are pretty big along witha full modular kitchen. All amenities like fridge, sofa, dining table, smart tv, microwave, kettle, gas stove and more we're all almost brand new. Even the kitchen cutlery was more clean than I've ever seen in service apts. The AC in both rooms are extremely well equipped to keep you cool on any hot summer day. You can easily cook all your favourite meals with the utensils shared and it's literally like home. Even the Wi-Fi is strong and couple that with the smart tv available you won't miss your fav Netflix/Prime shows.
They even have washing machines in the basement so you hardly need to carry loads of clothes for extended stays. The parking facility is clean and spacious enough for many cars including big ones (mine was an Audi and I didn't have any issue parking it inside). The apt itself is extremely clean and that is something I feel is far more important to travelers than anything else. Plus the team there comes everyday to clean the whole house and they do such a thorough job you feel as if they were trained at a star hotel. The caretakers Ram and the others are very friendly and available whenever you need them. It's completely safe even for girls and the area is a completely residential place with good houses/apts.
All in all, if you're looking to stay in a place for a few days whether it's business or leisure and you just wanna be in a place similar to home then I'd definitely recommend Pinnacle Service apartments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi I am pratibha shenoy from mumbai I stayed at this apartment from 14 April to 17 April. Apartment is very clean and all amenities are there. Owner or manager Mr chiran is very cooperative.the bathrooms are very clean and hot and cold water is available throughout. Basic utensils are there in kitchen. I have one request please keep a toaster in kitchen if possible. Then breakfast become very easy.All in all a very good place to stay no complaints.

Pros :
Apartments are very spacious and well maintained.
Uninterrupted powe and water source.
Good and responsible staff.
One can find a super market or a grocery store in walkable distance.
Parking area is available.
Perfect for the people who planned for a hospital visit.
Cons :
Apartment location cannot be found easily and sometimes creates a confusion for the delivery services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed at Pinnnacle Serviced Apartments multiple times and each time, I am pleasantly surprised. Each apartment is very spacious with well-furnished kitchen to cook full meals, microwave and fridge. The boys who manage and clean the place are efficient and the owner, who is fully hands-on, is just a call away. The place is maintained very well. Its really great to have a Smart TV in all apartments. It is a real value-for-money deal.
