★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been staying at the hotel for last 2 months and have experienced hotel services fully. Here is quick feedback:
1. Rooms are large and have good sunlight. The layout is designed well.
2. The bedside switches are not thoughtful. You only have charging points on one side of bed.
3. Room amenities are good. It includes even a dental and shaving kit, apart from shower cap, talc etc.
4. Housekeeping is inconsistent. Some staff is well trained while some days you can see the difference.
5. Linen is good quality but the laundry is pathetic. You get stained towels and towels that should actually be discarded. The entire white linen is yellowish and looks unhygienic. Even fresh towels don’t smell fresh.
6. Guest laundry service is equally pathetic. Have had few trousers faded and have had few whites garments turned yellow or grey.
7. Food is excellent. Portions are huge. Service is swift and personalised. Only vegetarian meals are available.
8. Breakfast is basic with no cornflakes, eggs, juices.
8. Tea is not to the best you can get.
Overall a decent hotel to stay. It is out of town and hence more peaceful. One set of rooms have views of Girnar mountains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience is very good. Room was clean. Room service was good. Specialy during medical emergency at night, they support fully. ( Arrange Doctor visit, came with us for medication, road guide,..etc )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are an organisation spreading the importance of positive aspect towards life and meditation. We have thousands of families associated with us throughout the world. In our many travels we've never had a horrible experience while staying at a hotel. We had an online confirmation but inspite of that we were denied the room on the grounds of different names and addresses of the guests. I being a woman was asked morally and ethically degrading questions. We had to elaborate our designation, had to show our foundation's page then they finally gave us a room. No guest should ever have to go through with that after travelling for miles when you need to rest this is what you have to go through? I strongly condemn the actions of the hotel staff. This was truly very disappointing. Would not recommend this place to anyone with morals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the very few good hotel and stay options in junagadh. The food is okay but variety and food menu can be improved upon. Otherwise clean and well maintained premises with beautiful view of Girnar mountains. The sunrise view from room window is a beautiful experience. Recommend stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hotel is not only supposed to provide rooms but an experience to their guests. We on the other hand were denied the room booked and confirmed prior to our arrival. After travelling for miles the guests are supposed to rest peacefully not interviewed in a morally degrading way. The actions of the hotel staff are strongly condemned. They should have the decency to not pull down a woman to say the least. Truly disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an online booking confirmation; yet we were denied the booked room by the manager on arrival. The female traveller with us was asked morally degrading questions in front of everyone which was truly a horrible experience. We’ve travelled a lot but never in our travels have we had such terrible encounter. The staff should have the common human decency of not putting down a women ethically to say the least. Truly disappointing.
