β β β β β Rooms are spacious and maintained in decent condition. Food is decent for one days. Menu remains same all day of the week. So you will get fed up with the food. Only name of the dish changes, everything else remains the same.

β β β β β Very poor reception. We were on a pilgrimage and took this hotel due to its vicinity to the airport. The hotel team presented a very bad experience right from the entrance. There is no one to get the luggage inside. Inspite of the room readiness confirmed over phone, it took 25 minutes for completing the formalities. No training for the crew. They are totally confused.
No door mat is provided near the bath room. It took 2 hours for the house keeping crew to arrange simple things. No one attends the telephone. Inspite of giving information about 4 AM checkout, no one is available in the lobby for taking luggage downstairs. Hot water didn't come in the morning and we took bath with cold water. Overall, it's a very bad experience. Do not recommend this hotel.
Very poor service levels.

β β β β β Not like what it was in start ,the quality cleanliness, getting degraded.
I remember few years back (around 2012) it have good quality, ambience but now everything was like getting near the end of this hotel.
So I went for a marriage party and the quality of food was 4/10.
Room Quality was 6/10.
Parking was filled with wooden boxes 3/10, leakage and smell
Water fountain was not cleaned
Washroom 3/10
Overall experience 3/10(just for the hotel maintenance quality etc.. marriage was good and done best from their end)

β β β β β Good sized, clean and well-equipped room including a freeze, big king-sized cot, etc. the front desk staff though was co-operative helping us with early check-in but was irritated and Lil rude, maybe because of many people had come to stay in the morning but this can not be an excuse as the front desk is the first impression of the hotel. The food quality is really awesome, the room service was pretty fast and the staff was polite. The pool on the 7 floors is the icing on the cake with a great view from the top. over all a great stay.Thanks Great room, tasty food, and the pool on the 7th floorΔΕΈβ’β

β β β β β The stay was good. The ambiance is very good. Room service is also fine. room was clean. Everything was well organized. The hotel requires some renovation. The staff is very polite. I enjoyed the stay and the Overall experience was excellent. I would definitely stay there again

β β β β β I am seriously disappointed with the whole experience. The bathroom door will not close leading to wetting floor outside. Floor is ceramic tiles that cause slippery surfaces. Floor mat was not placed. For things that are granted you need to call the help desk. Every single day my door key is disabled even though my stay is multi-day. The only thing that is good is breakfast. I will log issue with our company so they don't display hotel as preferred hotel.

β β β β β The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The hospitality was pathetic. The staff were not concerned and they did not even bother. Please empart soft skill sessions to your staff members especially at the concierge. We were made to wait an hour with our luggage in the lobby without any notice. Third class hospitality. Highly recommended not to visit.

β β β β β This was my second stay in the hotel and like previous stay it was really good. What I like, 1. Quick service and very helpful staff2. Prime location (Phoenix mall is at walking distance) 3. External food allowed. 4. Flexibility in rules (if it's a genuine reason)5. During my previous stay my room got upgraded. (which was really good surprise)what I dislike,There is no dislike as such but to pick one I can say the lights are dim in hotel (I think this is their theme for hotel). I had work and needed brighter lights. Overall great deal to stay!ΔΕΈΛΕ
