★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to so many hotels before but hotel shanti palace seems a bit different .I believe there is kind of different energy that makes a person's heart dance .Plus the day i visited the hotel i think i was lucky enough to enjoy the breakfast which was absolutely free of cost but really amazing .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was trial and error choice I had work very near by got into this place through a portal.
Fairly equipped rooms, food served was tasty, the kitchen open quite late into night.
You have option to chose rooms with B/F or without B/F. Stayed here for 4 nights
I occupied room in 3rd floor wifi signals is quite strong, both my dongles Jio & airtel dongles worked in 4G.
Because of my schedules I could not take pictures

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall stay was good. But since I was traveling for work and i was told by the reception that morning breakfast would be ready by 7am and I came to restaurant at 7:30am, to my surprise there was hardly anything served. Only idli and sambar was kept that too idlis were cold and rock hard. The attendant was kind enough to serve me hot omelets. Overall an average experience. Would not recommend This place for business travellers as no timelines are being followed.

The bed sheet was not cleaned,was full of stains.
I won't recommend this hotel to anyone,you will get the way better hotel in same price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband surprised me with the stay at hotel shanti palace and i think it was the best decision. We really had some great quality time there .There was everything to make us feel relax n loved .so overall the trip went smooth and the memories we made there will stay forever in my heart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero hospitality. No one bothers to listen to you. People are rude...You have to keep telling them to let you sit at the restaurant when your meal is booked in the package. No one offers water at the reception and turn a blind eye when you ask for it! At the restaurant, we were told where the glasses were kept and where the water jug was kept and that we should help ourselves to it! Our request for food was met with a statement that 'we are late for dinner and we should make do with whatever is available' as it was 10 pm by the time we reached the hotel from Airport.
Overall a horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Washroom conditions & disappointing staff... not at all clean. One of our room had huge leakage in washroom but manager or staff didn't bother. I had to call them three times but of no use... it was late in night so we just slept... early morning I had to create a issue wherein manager gave us another room for washroom use that too after two calls.
Another weird policy is that every day you need to get your keys validated at the front desk. This is just a nuisance. Hotel needs to deep-clean their washrooms .... Clean surface doesn't mean its clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for a night when we had an overnight layover at Delhi Airport. The room though a bit small was quite good. It had a cosy bed, seating area and a small table and was centrally air conditioned. The bathroom was pretty spacious and stocked up. I would say it is excellent for a short night stay near the airport. But one thing I must mention that the food prices were too high. I would recommend eating out if you have the time and energy.
The place was couple friendly and was quite safe for unmarried couples.
