★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Position of the hotel is very good. Quality of the room and Food are moderate. Behaviour of the staffs are good. The hotel is not properly maintained at all.

+ AC Delux rooms are very spacious.
- Food not up to the quality.
- Takes ton of time to deliver food. Most of the time they forget about it.
+ Full time hot water.
- WiFi range is intermittent. You get mad.
- All morning breakfast mentioned in the menu are not available. They will make it only if there are more than 3 people are available.
+ Near to beech.
+ Behaviour of food serving boys are good.
+ Cleaning staff cleans well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The paratha was more like poori deep fried,but serving person insisted it’s paratha. curry was yesterday’s. There was a hair in dough, which apparently was not visible to three of their staff after showing to them , not apology rather excuse. Worst place for food. stay hungry than eat at this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location, ambience and behaviour of hotel staffs are good. Food is average and a bit costly. Thali and other items like tea, puri sabji are good but they dont know how to cook fried rice. Overall recomended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are spacious. They provide food for all three meals on their dining room as well as inside your room. Personally, I found the behaviour of the staff very rude. The managers were not at all co-operative when enquired about site-seeing or with any issues related to the room you staying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in this hotel few days back for 2 nights and it was not at all a good experience , the rates were very high 650/- per night for 3 persons at ground floor. The rooms were not totally cleaned , in bathroom there was not even a rack or place to keep the soap , water from the bathroom are coming inside the room , the room has damp walls and floors and lights in the room are not working properly, even in the early morning , there was no water in the tap , worst experience. Even the prices of the food are very high and worst food , rotten fishes were served in the thali and even other vegetables were not fresh , even the rice was not freshly prepared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Room :: Size good but the only one LED BULB was there which is unacceptable, no bed switch, lock of bathrooms not working. The space of cupboard was too small.
2. Food :: The quality of foods here were too much bad. Don't try these please of you have another options.
3. Service :: The most unpleasant thing about this hotel is the check out time and it is 8:00 am, after requesting, it was 9:00 am. I dont know if any hotel in the World have had this type of criterion.
4. Drinking Water is available.
5. Sea beach is nearer.
6. Rooms have balcony which may help you to enjoy the nature, there is a garden also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are good size but needs lots of maintenance, our deluxe AC room had only one LED bulb, when requested several times they installed a make shift bulb. Food is good and affordable. Grounds and building of the hotel has deteriorated and needs maintenance. Parking is very good. Beach access is just opposite from the hotel but the hotel is not seafacing.
