J	Joydeb Manna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the worst hotel. Rooms conditions are very bad and dirty. TV does not work. Too many mosquitoes. The care taker's behaviour is also very bad. I don't know who put a high rating. It is too bad. It should get minimum rating. Please don't come to this hotel.
N	Nirnay Chakraborty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Room was very dirty like it had never underwent maintenance. 2. Bathroom condition was very poor. Shower was not working. Toilet pan was broken. Washbasin was broken and tap was not working properly. Sewerage was poorly designed. 3. No provision of power backup instead of frequent power outage. 4. Saw a spider beside our bed. 5. Saw a rat to run across the veranda.
T	Tips & Tricks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to stay nearest to the railway station. The staffs are friendly, just beside the restaurant. They have there own vehicle for site seeing in cheapest rate. I stayed there and happy with my stay.
S	Sayantan Chaudhuri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't be fooled by the affordable prices and convenient location. This hotel is nightmare incarnate. Any issues you can imagine you will have here, except for one thing: the staff actually are regular amicable people. Too bad that's not enough. Only the "AC" rooms are even habitable. The others are tortuously bad. They're all in severe disrepair, but the "AC" rooms facing the station are the least dirty and least broken in the place. Make no mistake, even the "AC" rooms are not clean by anyone's standards, the bathrooms are tiny, misshapen, and filled with mildew, and there aren't even any chairs in the rooms. The worst of all are the dreaded "triple bed" rooms. The three beds cover the entire claustrophobically small filthy rooms, barely any space left to move. The beds creak dangerously. The windows open out to the neighbouring building, and let in more mosquitoes than breathable air. And the bathtubs have everything from broken toilet-seats to basin faucets that don't with half the time. It'll probably be more comfortable to sleep out on the benches along the nearby station than on those beds. The best thing. Ask the mirrors are twisted and warped with age, perfectly fitting the impression we have of our desperate decision to stay here.
a	ajay kumar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I have to describe my stay there in one word "Pathetic"! Please don't stay even they offer low price. First rooms are so congested you may feel suffocation. Dirt all around , they don't bother to change the bedsheet even you ask them . Washrooms are disgusting. And water pipe can burst any moment.

And about this hotel is the most worst hotel I have ever seen. I would prefer to stay in railway station than staying in snehalata hotel. Public toilets are better than their bathrooms. They may offer you rooms at very cheap price but you will feel afterwards the greatest mistake u have done as I do. They will not give you receipt for advance payment. No service after checkin. Even nothing to protect from mosquitos. We book this hotel for 2 days but we have to leave the hotel after staying one night only. Truly speaking I had a very bad experience staying over here. Ghatsila has very less hotels and 2-3 hotel near to station. Most hotels are beside highway far from ghatsila station. So do book a good hotel in advance.
s	somen saha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most dirty hotel I have ever seen. Bathrooms r soo dirty that I feel hardly to use it. And the most worst part is their pet hunter mosquitos. We cannot sleep the whole night due to those thousands of mosquitos. They does not provide us anything to protect from mosquito except a coil that also requesting them in the mid of the night. Those coils are totally useless. Rooms r suffocating and smelly. I shall never ever stay in this hotel again in my life.

I & my other family we stay 1 night but we can't sleep because bathrooms are bad there is no sufficient water to give in bathrooms so we can't sleep for bad smell of bathrooms . Nowadays it's very cold so we asked a staff for switching on the gizar but they told we need ₹100 for gizar . Staffs behaviour is worst . Thank You . Please don't go in that hotel .
