★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food. Didn't stay, so won't comment about lodging. The building is 50 mts or so from the highway, which may be a reason why one may miss this. Google maps didn't show right directions while coming from Bibhutibhushan's house.
Courteous staff, helped us with lunch as late as 4 pm. Menu was limited but all dishes were fresh and tasted good. Late lunch didn't make us feel heavy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Hotel to stay.. Rooms are large , clean & well maintained .The dalma pahaar range is clearly visible from the balcony.The hotel has a very large parking area.Staffs are well behaved & polite.In-house restaurant provides good food but prices are a bit high.
Only drawback is lack of local transport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel rooms are specious and good but some interior need to rectified like window (fan/light)of the toilet need to close and exhaust should be provided.The intercom system need improvement with room service.As a civil engineer consultant I must say that plumbing work is not good and also electrical works like Two way switch near bed for fan and light to be implemented.
In restaurant variety of food s can be experimented. Implementation of Indore games &swimming pool (with privacy) will increase the value of the place.
If pick up and drop facility from rail station can be arranged that would be helpful.
Overall in Ghatsila as per the room rent is best hotel.
The behavior of all staff including manager is good and helpful.ambience of sitting area good. The restaurant food is good and qty is is sufficient as per rate of items.I would like to thanks Me.Shyamal(manager),Mr.Sanjay pal for their helpful attitude like a friend which I have not found no other Govt tourist lodge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are good, tidy. But service at this hotel is absolutely not good. Every room is booked here, now in the month of October. But they don't have enough number of employees to serve in time. It should be improved. Frequently power gets off, but they don't use generator much(may be to save fuel). But the location is nice, large area in front of the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel. Big property. Well maintained rooms. Nice restaurant.
Pros:
Price: Reasonable pricing.
Location: 3 km from Ghatsila station. Perfect location to roam around the city.
Food: self multi cuisine restaurant. Nice taste and reasonable price.
Staffs: cooperative. Arranged the local sightseeing and drop in a very reasonable price and promptly.
Ambience: Very nice. Refreshing environment. Surrounded by big garden. View of hillocks are available from the balcony.
Rooms: Rooms are spacious. 24 hours geyser.
Cons:
Delay in arranging the room. We were given the rooms after 12 although we were promised 11.
Beds in the room are not cozy. Pillow cover was not available although asked several times.
Overall it's a nice hotel in a reasonable price.
Management is requested to focus a little more on the room cleanliness and bedding.
Otherwise fantastic hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent place to hang out with friends/family or even a solo trip... The place has an excellent view of the mountains and the air quality is quite pure although it is at the side of the highway. The food available is from the Dhaba available attached directly to the hotel and is of supreme quality. Alcohol is not available,however, on request to the security there could be arrangements at very cheap cost. Privacy is great and the toilets are very clean. I went with my friend for two days and we had a lot of fun. The paneer tastes absolutely fantastic... We made a few videos there and it was peaceful.. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with friends. Rooms are big, clean and airy. Staffs are polite and friendly. Foods are good and tasty. I would say the room service is bit delayed but not poor. Billing should be more accurate during checkout as we found few discrepancies in our bill. Else everything is quite satisfactory.

Swings and slides for children.
Average food quality.
Good reception and staff.
Geysers available for hot water.
Clean rooms with verandah.
Close to the highway.
Generators provided in case of power outage.
Multiple power outages in a day, hot water unavailable during an outage.
