R	Ranjan Chatterjee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed there 25th and 26th December 2021. Our room no. was 206. Neat and clean room. Toilet was also upto the mark. Geyser was available. Highly recommended. They also gave us the contact number of a car vendor. Mr. Happy singh. A nice gentleman. We enjoyed stayed there.
S	Sanjoy Ghose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had extremely bad experience of taking lunch on 9th Feb at adjoining restaurant of Bibhuti Vihar Hotel. The food was extremely bad, however, I gave currency of ₹500 to settle bill of ₹194. Hotel Manager at hotel reception, as restaurant had no provision to accept payment, refused to accept cash and asked payment digitally. When I told that cash was legal tender and how he could refuse to accept cash, surprisingly, he replied very rudely that I should not have taken food at restaurant. I told if I was intimated before taking food about mandatory digital payment, I would have never taken food there. But, he failed to find any logic in my argument and continued shouting at me in very insulting manner. Same day, I lodged a complaint with Jharkhand tourism's head office at Ranchi by e-mail. But, I am yet to receive acknowledgement. Rooms, that I saw, were small and with ugly smell. There was no view worth seeing from balcony of those rooms at GF and 1st floor. It is not worth staying or taking food in this horrible hotel.
H	HIMADRI SARKAR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice & clean property, great ambiance with nicely maintained garden. Support Staffs are friendly. Rooms are spacious & well furnished with balconies. Washrooms is neat & large enough. Food in restaurant are good & cheap. Only thing is that it is ~4km away from Ghatsila station near phuldungri & the property needs better maintenance at few points. We enjoyed 2 great days here (18,19th March '22) enjoying the tranquility of nature away from hustle & bustle of the city.

There is plenty of parking space available in the hotel. Its a very well maintained property.. Staying at the tent was a very very nice experience.

Other than that the staff behaviour needs a lot to be desired the receptionist of the hotel really lacks customer centricity. Over all it was okay I will think twice before going there or recommending the place to someone else.

The rooms are tidy but not that much sophisticated. The cost is little on the higher end and the same kind of room will be available at a rate within 1000. The service is good but the service will take a long time. Even they charge 18percent GST on food which I guess is not appropriate.
A	Aritra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all this is named as JTDC unit but I never expected this kind of service from a JTDC owned hotel. Let me come to the pros and cons directly.. Pros: 1. Ample space of hotel premises with a huge parking space. 2. Rooms are spacious enough to accommodate two people. 3. Washrooms are average. Not so much clean and not so much dirty also. Cons: 1. The location is too bad for tourists because it's around 3km distant from ghatshila station as well as from the market area. 2. No food options nearby and you have to be dependent on them only. 3. Pathetic quality of food. We ordered a plate of chicken curry. They charged 180/- for 4pcs half boiled chicken. Apart from this, all the food items have the same spices which taste very smelly and not good for digestion. 4. Whatever you order you have to order a minimum of 30 minutes before. No matter what, for a cup of tea you have to order half an hour before. 5. AC is there but most of the time there is a power cut and your AC will be off. I don't know whether JTDC or the manager of the hotel would be interested in going through this review or not, but I wouldn't suggest this hotel to any tourists. I really got disappointed with the service provided here.
