★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the rest house of Himachal pradesh university for teaching and non teaching faculty. It is easily accessible through vehicle because it is near in front of road. It is little sunny area .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are not well maintained and the service is also poor. The food served is tasty and you will see variety if you are staying for a long period. Don't expect a fan or AC in the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very neat and clean place and also very good location on summer hill, it is just 50 meters from H.P.U. campus , very peaceful and green place, you can see here countless brass flowers in last March and April which attracts very much due to red colour also many types flora and fauna here.... Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is very poor condition. The Room is bad and no attention is paid by the staff. The backyard /view from balcony is very painful the lot of garbage including empty botles.
The place need little attention to make it good regular white wash and proper cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since this place is in the hills, the structure is not maintained properly. You might find find the room in a not so good condition. Though I really like the place personally as I've been coming here since childhood. The food is very simple but very tasty.
The kitchen staff is very polite and professional.
The parking is very convenient compared to other properties I've seen around the area. You might have to carry your own luggage to the room. There are a lot of monkeys around and they often visit you in the balcony outside the rooms, so if you are afraid of monkeys and don't wanna share your stuff with them, keep the balcony door bolted at all times.
PS: Address the staff saying " Bhai ji" and they'll do anything for you.
