★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very good. My baby boy Aero was very happy there. The lady took good care of him. There was one more doggy COCO , she was very playful and patient with my baby. The lady gave food on time, and shared all the veidos time to time with me. It was a very good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just need reason to send my baby there...It's priceless, seeing the happiness on his face the moment we enter the premises...I just luv the way how she patiently deals with him...the luv she provides...My baby always sleeps with me...I had peace of mind seeing her sleeping with him...I am more than satisfied with them...I luv watching her regular updates she sends...Thanks for everything...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to know of Hugs n Wags through public forums when I was desperately searching for a crèche facility for my 5 month shih tzu puppy. Was not disappointed. My puppy enjoyed the stay there and I had peace of mind with regular video updates. Moreover received valuable inputs on handling as my experience was limited to say the least. Looking forward to the next stay soon. No qualms on recommending Hugs n Wags. Thank you so much, keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very horrible lady sits there she'll eat up your mind and you'll regret going there whole life...and this cunning lady deletes all the negative reviews...she deleted 2 of my past reviews....baat karne ki bhi tameez ni hai iss aurat ko if you've have doubt please read her replies in the negative reviews u will get to know how toxic she is.....#TOXICALERT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A horrible place with disgusting lady owner Ms Ghosh. Not qualified and capable of keeping pets. Very arrogant and ill treats pets. Never keep pets at her place. It's just a flat with no open space. Neither she takes them out. Her society has stray dog menace which attack others

But they have taken all responsibility of my child. It's a second home for my child now. He was so happy with them. Thanks a lot and lots of love from simmba?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review after taking service from Hugs and Wags thrice. This place is home away from home for your beloved dog, if not better. I have 1 year 4 month old golden retriever and he flourishes on the caring, love and joy showered by the owner of Hugs n Wags. She provides regular feedback on Whatsapp and her love for dog is reflected in the way she takes care of our dog. Hygiene is another factor that has to be more than five stars. Overall, best place to keep your dog...safe, secure, loved and pampered that's what your dog will feel
