★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve stayed a number of times, 2 times this month and the hotel staff is amazing. They always go above and beyond and treat us so lovely. I had the breakfast buffet in the café both stays this month and they ensure your safety with sanitizer and disposal gloves etc and the food is delicious.I’ll be back 2x in January and looking forward to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best places to stay in the heart of Delhi. Great connectivity and service. The grandeur is also unmatched, though the swimming pool was closed during our stay. The staff are very nice though and the check-in, checkout process was as smooth as it could be

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a great stay here when coming to Delhi, good location for food and monuments around, but this weekend Delhi was closed due to curfew and had to stay in… I have to acknowledge one staff member Sanjay who took very good care of me and my crew members all night. Very respectful, knowledgeable and friendly! He made our time in the hotel much more enjoyable! It’s people like this that make this a true 5 star hotel!… AC crew

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel, amenities and staff are really good except the check-in experience.
The first question asked is did you book just now without even looking at their reservation system. It doesn't make any sense.
I booked the hotel room month in advance,even provided the flight and time details and no one bothered to use that info.
Moreover people just walk in left and right without any respect to line and the staff also start helping them at their discretion as if one person is more important than other, doesn't expect this kind of behaviour at such high end hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s one of the oldest and famous hotels in Delhi. Staff is very courteous, supportive, attentive and friendly. I went to the hotel for Dinner, thus, can’t give review of rooms etc. There are three-four restaurants in this hotels which are perfect for having good and delicious food. Pricing is obviously on the higher side. Interior of the hotel is quite old yet beautiful. Parking is chargeable if you are visiting the hotel for anything other than staying, attending conference or having food etc. The property is enormous and looks beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very comfortable hotel. Room is spacious, very clean and all in working order. Front desk is efficient and helpful. Bell desk response can improve, when you arrive you have to call for assistance with your luggage. The dinner buffet just about passes muster, menu and preparation just above average. The lobby lounge is a perfect place to meet a friend or have a business meeting. The lobby waiting area sofas need mobile charging points. Airport is just 30 minutes away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Returned to this property after 6 years, previously it was with Hyatt. Though the management changed, however hospitality, ambience and service were same or better than before.
Would like to thank Hotel Staff for hospitality, particularly from front desk. We were celebrating our marriage anniversary and she helped in arranging things making the occasion memorable.
Hotel had an elaborate breakfast buffet. Lunch/dinner buffet was elaborate too, however it became too repetitive. Would be great if they include more continental/Italian food to buffet menu.
In all it was a memorable stay, hopefully we will return in next few years.
