★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to get your hyundai car. They are literally thives. Been twice to get my car service . In first time they stole my foot mats and replaced it with some other mats. On second time they changed my tyre. I had all ceat tyres in my car after few days when I checked one tyre was of another company. When asked about same to service center they are just denying everything. They will even not allow you to get your car serviced in front of you. Because if they will allow you then they will not be able to steal things from your car. This clearly shows hyundai customer service in JAIPUR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked test drive for venue Turbo SX(O) model and after test drive I asked for auto closing mirror feature (while locking/unloacking the car) and the sales executive said it is there. Later I bought venue from different showroom and got to know that the feature is not there in the car. So really poor experience with the sales person who doesn't know the car features and miscommunicates the features.

The staff here and the services are really good. The one thing that might be wrong is unavailability of parking for customers. You have to park outside the showroom in a very little place that just overflow in busy days . And in that case you have to park on road which is not good as the Sikar road is very busy and sometimes it creates unnecessary jams there.
Otherwise it's good.
