★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This workshop is manned by incompetent workers and have direction from JJ to rob customer in whichever way possible. Visit any workshop but this, even local repair shops do better job than them. They just charged me 20K for nothing. Very rude, unprofessional and rowdy staff at backend. DO NOT VISIT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are very nice. Starting with Mrs. Nivedita Chatterjee the Manager to Apan Mondal everyone at the front office is very well behaved and knowledgeable. Our car was serviced and the whole procedure was overlooked and handled by Ranajit who is also very professional and handled the car with utmost care. There were multiple staff that took turns to look at the car and a few of the names I am not aware of but they made every effort to make the car look spotless and even cover up minor lines or scratches. We also availed the pick and drop service and our driver Samiran was also very professional. Overall an excellent experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall service provided was good. All concerns were addressed properly and all the job done were explained properly by the advisor. The Rajarhat workshop is quite big unlike the Maniktala service center which is very cramped. The service area is big and clean and you will find a lot of parking space. The place is not over crowded.
