★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go for it. Worst connection i have ever used. Maximum time you will get no connect but no internet connection notification from your wifi. No use. Better to pay for other vendors. I recommend not to go with them ICC NETSPEED is a worst connection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PATHETIC... Service provider I have ever seen. No seriousnes, no responsibility, They took all money in advance. You will never receive call back from them. More than 10 days in month I face issues but not final solution. Every time will get new reason.
PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS SERVICE. DONT EVEN PROVIDE SERVICE NOR RECEIVE CALLS. PATHETIC!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had this guy called Amol Kholhe looking after the area service and responses to queries from him was amazing. After he left ifs all uppar wale ke bharose.. on top of it to extort money from customers they have only kept 3 months plans now so that u r stuck with them for three months or loose ur money not to mention they bluntly say no refund ... Service is so worse i am considering to let go the 2 months additional money i have paid and find some better service provider

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was searching for net provider in wagholi at this situation of work from home compulsory for all. And found this net provider.. and they are continuously making me realize that I've made a Big WRONG DECISION in such emergency. A very very bad customer service and net speed too. After 11am the speed is like nothing happening here. Ohhh my precious time that I've losted. Please don't go with it please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be it internet or cable TV, ICC has never failed to dis satisfy. It is by far the worst connection I have ever seen. It's customer care people also have no sense of talking to customer. The connection just vanishes away while you are doing some important work or watching something important on TV. ICC is pathetic in every aspect. Don't ever think of connecting with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every business have ethics. But this company no any ethics. I was disconnected cable services at end of Feb month. Till time I didn't received money of deposit. Never believe this company in future. Totally customer dissatisfaction. Will never use this cable service in future.
Faltu cable service provider. Third class service provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star is much more to be given. Worst ISP ever seen. Just loot people nothing more. Their employees don't have manners to talk to the customers on whom they are dependent. No one resolves the problem no one picks the call nd a single WhatsApp msg take min of 40 sec to send successfully. They are just bluffs nothing more. Inke Internet se acha to jio ka net chlta h jska network tak nh ata ache se.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't know about other reviews, but I personally had no major problem since I started using their service in August 2021. Speed is also constant. If I ever have any occasional issue, they quickly respond to my call and address the issue asap.
I would definitely recommend them ?
