★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This rating is for the branch and it's facilities not for the soulless corporate behemoth that ICICI is. Great location in Bandra. The only crappy part is that the there is only one cash deposit machine and that too it is located inside the branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless staff especially at Waterfield road. Only come to gossip. Cashiers spend more time talking to each other than attending people.
Some or the other customer is always yelling at the staff due to a goof up and the managers turn a blind eye busy gossiping.
Yes bank and Hdfc 100 times better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all helpful,....for one issue I had to go to the bank for more than 4-5 times yet my problems aren't solved,....Also they dnt understand the value of customers time they keep customer wait for hours and long,....no update about bank holidays on Google,....worst customer service instead of understand and solving our problems they just confuse us more,...I really want to rate it ZERO.
