★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fed up with the services . No proper reply from the Branch , no proper help given , even you visit them , they are unable to help and solve the problems. They direct you to Bangalore Branch with email id and telephone number , which is of no use , they do not resolve the issue . A very bad experience . Even the Bangalore office does not resolve the issue . They just make you hop from one place to another .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the subsidiary branches of ICICI Bank in Pune. There is a good ATM service which has got 3 ATM machines. Other services are available when the bank opens after 9.30 am, and it is open till around 4 pm. But services like opening a demat account or a trading account are not available here. For this you have to go to the main branches at Bund Garden or Shivaji Nagar in Pune City.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible staff and very bad experience with the staff. HDFC bank is very close by and offer top class service. Shameful behaviour especially when banks are supposed to be at the helm of our service industry.. shame on you branch manager @ Kalyani Nagar ICICI and the team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for opening 3 in one account. Staff was trying to persuade me for opening gold account which was refused by me. He just took my mobile number and said we will visit your house and open the account. This was 3 days back . Np one has turned up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Icici bank is know for its service, though this place also adhere to some extent but not to the fullest.
Staff here is quite fair but does not responds to all your query.
The ATM here helps people 24x7 that is the best part.
Apart from this bank has good infrastructure as a bank.
So overall a good bank with ok services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank timing is 9:30am. Employees start coming from 10:30pm. Even the manager came at 10:30am and I was shock. These people has no respect for work. Once thing to notice is that they will leave on time. I came to this brach to open salary account and I had to wait till 11am for the employee. All lazy people at working at this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Day by ICICI Bank bank losing its standard for banking experience. This is probably the worst branch in plush zone of Pune. Looking at the employees u will get the feeling they or on picnic at work. Busy with chit chats. Been sitting there for an hour but not a single employee asked to why. The female concerned without current account opening asked me to sit, not seeing for a while asked the other employee, she said she gone for lunch. I mean seriously wt.... There r hardly 2-3 customers & this is the standard of customer experience.
No doubt so many wonderful pathetic reviews?
