★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located in a very central and convenient place at a prominent place in Kharghar. On one side of it SBI ATM and utility centre is there. Then to other side the shop named as beautiful is there. This branch is generally crowded as more customers are there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People at desk does not the basics and ask to wait the people a lot. They keep asking others to take customers instead of self. Poor customer service. There are always multiple follow ups and do not take SR seriously on time. I visited CBD belapur branch and my work was completed in 5 minutes. Example - for phone number updation - Kharghar branch asked me fill a form while Belapur branch guided me that it can be done through ATM as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very irresponsible team of people... They have updated my email id to something else instate of my actual email id. and when I told them to update they said will get it update by the evening and took almost around 10 days to get it updated. for such a critical issue they take so much of time.
And of my other 2 issues are yet not resolved which I have raised in the beginning of the month.
The staffs are cheater and they will tell you something else to sale the product and when you deep dive into their documentation, identify and ask them question they will tell you Sir if you ask such a small question you will never be able to do banking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst branch of ICICI bank. Due to COVID19 situation for my ICICIHOMELOAN provisional/final IT statement, I din't visit to this branch but dropped a mail to my customer relationship manager from this branch. But they send me wrong statement. Even after 3 wreaks on repeated request no response came for my email. I tried to call relationship manager number which I got from my login but not picking my ring but they are searching it on truecaller for caller ID. Due to this I missed my date for submitting investment proof at my organisation. I don't expect this kind of service for a privileged banking customer. When they have their target for selling term Insurance or Investment they call repeatedly but when its come to customer service they show such a pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ICICI BANK EMPLOYEES WOULD TRY THEIR HARD AND EVEN LIE TO YOU TO SELL YOU THEIR CREDIT CARD BY MAKING FD ON IT WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION AND THEY DONT PROVIDE YOU PASSBOOK EVEN AFTER OPENING SAVING ACCOUNT .

This wasn't expected from bank like ICICI ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if possible i would have given them Zero star. the staff here is so rude and make customer to wait for hours. I asked them for my Home loan statement as ICICI bank does not have any online link to get the statement ( really frustrating thing as the bank timings are parallel to the office timings and they don't entertain customer at even 5pm) and they made me wait for half an hour and still my turn didn't come. So I gave them the form and asked them to mail it. And when I received the mail the file was corrupt and they dont even have their phone no. on google so that i can ask them to mail me again.
Meanwhile when I was waiting I asked a bank personnel to mail me my statement each month or quarterly he straightaway refused that too in a very rude manner. And said that you have to visit each time you need it you have to manage your leaves at your office.
