★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so happy to say that, ICICI, Dwarakanagar Branch, Visakhapatnam is so vibrant. I hold branch account somewhere else but since I got a technical glitch, I entered this bank and they cleared it within seconds. Also, perhaps this is the only ATM wherein all the ATMs and CDMs work efficiently even in the heavy surge of usage in this pandemic. Great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a salaried account , this is my worst experience. We have approached the bank for a student loan. A person from the bank coordinated and he is too busy even to lift our call to provide information. I chased him for 7 times and the same story circles back(he is busy, call me back after 8 pm, i am out for lunch etc) Do not visit this branch if you have any urgent need.

Being a salaried account,the experience with this branch is Worst. I lost a good opinion on ICICI?,for their worst service
(What about the normal account holders?),
This branch not worthy this one star too?. Being a salary account i have a small name correction I visited this branch (one of Worrest thing I did) for now this is 6th time I visited and my salary didn't credited (one month salary skiped) for they non responsibile behaviour. And I decided to close this account ,while Closing they are saying that there is "closing charges".I thought what the fu*k,is there a bank which charges for closing ?.
Better to vist another branch "Akkayapalem" or "Dabagarden" branches.
I am going to open AXIS bank account,due to ICICI poor service.
Please improve the service and , i request you for this bank employees to please be honest with customers?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst branches of ICICI I have seen in my life. The employees are so laid back and casual. They don’t have all the information. Not at all customer friendly. Interacted with two employees . One took me to the other employee who is said to be DGM, only to be told that they would check up with their legal team. The gentleman was glued to his mobile and didn’t bother even to look up and face me. The issue was whether they would accept a digital certificate with QR code. The certificate says that the genuineness can be verified from the issuer Govt Department. And yes they were quite rude.
