No one seems to take responsibility for customers.
Zonal B M can't remember National Head name.
Fighting for refund since last 45 days, with cc to icici bank also.
Zonal B M, doesn't respond to customer calls, gets angry when matter escalated.
ZBH says can't email to what was committed on phone because Saturday is Holiday.
Manish Jaiswal, the Business head will look to it?
ICICI HFC changed the slogan from "Khayaal Aap Ka"
to
"Khayaal Khud Ka"
