Had very good experiences with them right from booking to handover of the flat thank you icon.

A good home for ready to move in , & who doesn't have furniture it's more helpful as it comes with fully furnished.

ICON Sanctuary Project launched in mid 2013 and still Construction work is going on not sure when builder will vacate the premise

We have visited the property Iconest 3 ,we liked the property . But unfortunately all are sold out We are looking in Iconest 7 project ,they are launching near HCL campus Bommasadra

Completely agree with Atanu (from Icon Sanctuary). I moved in thinking that this place will be quiet and peaceful place to live. However, all I hear is around the clock movement of construction vehicles (heavy ones) and never-ending construction work (& dust) Agony doesn’t just end with this - you will be really fortunate if you don’t have power issue (both EB and DG). The electricity wiring around the complex is so poor that you have wire dangling all over the place. Live wire just buried few inches below the ground with no protective casing. Can you imagine the hazard? Every other day streetlight conks off due to faulty cabling!!!! I am not sure when anyone from ICON Homz senior management last visited the site and inspected it. They could do more if they are serious around establishing in this area. Such a beautiful place (it could be. If enough attention is given)

We purchased our Villa @ ICON Sanctuary in 2015 and got it delivered in 2017 as per schedule. However lot of the infrastructure was not in place when we move in. But the same plight continues till date. The quality of Electrical work continues to hurt us. No provision for DATA connection. Promised amenities are not delivered still. STP is not in a good operating condition, SWIMMING POOL is a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Construction materials and debris are piling up, roads are damaged due to heavy truck and tractor ( driver thinks he is driving F1 cars and treats these roads as racing circuit) etc. We are trying to maintain the property by paying from our pockets. Its like we are cleaning up their mess. We were promised that project will be handed over to RWA in MAR 2022. But there is no sign of completion here. I have posted few Issues highlighted by fellow resident Atanu here. These issues must be resolved by builder as they are the promises we have heard from them. Security Issue: 1. Back side of the project has no compound wall and currently blocked with tin shades posing a huge security risks for us. Multiple requests for constructing the compound wall yielded us only false promises. This has also become entry point for pack of stray dogs and we are hell scared of our kids playing outside or doing walk early morning/ evening. 2. Half of the CCTV cameras provided doesn't work. Amenities: 1. Swimming pool is half done from years and currently it's a breeding ground for mosquitoes whenever it rains and fills up the pool. There is no water drainage mechanism and it's a headache to negotiate with builder to get a pump and drain the water out. It's a health hazard for us. 2. Cricket pitch and rods for cricket net is there but without the net and it makes the amenity of no use. 3. Tiny park for 180+ villas. 4. Promised 5 parks but in practical there are only 2. 5. Rainwater harvesting - Only rainwater collection pits are constructed by builder and it's not a rainwater harvesting system. 6. Roads/ footpaths are all damaged by construction work. 7. Club house - was promised exclusive club house for Sanctuary residents but club house being constructed in private land of Icon Homz and shared between multiple projects. Gym in club house barely have any equipment. 8. Site that was promised to be commercial complex by sales person (verbally) has been converted to an apartment.

When we booked the Villa in 2016, it was mentioned that the project will get completed by 2020 and will be handed over to the association. Starting 2022 and forget handing over, the amenities are incomplete, boundary walls are not in place, apartment has come up in a space which was promised for shops. Exclusive world class amenities promised for villas will be getting shared with other projects. Equipments brought to the Club house are taken back without any information. Not sure in which year all the pending issues will get resolved and handover happens to the association.

From then on, till date I am still leaving in a construction site and it's a mess. We heard several completion dates - Dec 2020 (RERA site says builder applied for completion on Dec-2020), Jun 2021, Dec 2021, Mar 2022 but the site is far from completion. Builder doesn't have any ears for our requests/ complaints and we have lost our mental peace after spending our hard earned to buy property from this builder. Security Issue: 1. Other issues: Builder forced us to pay maintenance without completion of project, without any amenities from 2019 onwards. They hiked maintenance charges without any basis and forced us to comply by blocking DG connections in between 1st Covid wave and threatened to stop water service to made us to pay as per their demand. Ultimately, they forced us to take over maintenance of the under construction site stating they will stop all maintenance activities if we don't take over or pay exorbitant amount as per their demand. We residents are struggling here from years - construction noises from morning to evening, construction debris and dusts everywhere, scared of our security in the absence of boundary wall. Builder doesn't come forward for discussions and have taken us for granted. No focus on completing the project rather focused on starting new projects.
