★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff.. zero customer service. I had visited this place for adhaar card application for my mom . The female sitting on right side of the entry door( unfortunately I was in no mood to talk to her again , hence didn't ask her name) was manner less and rude to the core. When I asked her few things abt adhaar card application and expressed my view to speak to someone about it ,all she had to say is everything is listed on the entrance plz read. We only answer queries @9 am. I do understand that they have particular time , but fail to understand this kind of behavior where just like a parrot u have one answer . Ridiculous! Thankfully I m not associated with IDBI and will never be in future. It's 2018 but the staff is still living in 1900 where they were the king and could say anything to the general public and get away with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Bank Branch on Tuesday, 10th Dec., 2019 reg continuous harassment for KYC & returning of my LIC awaCA Fees cheques. The Gentleman (?) named SURYA or so at the 'MAY I HELP YOU' counter is too arrogant. At he should be taught PR Lesson. Thanks to The LADY OFFICER from whom he should learn manners to handle customers. Else, Shree MAHATMA GANDHI's sentence 'customer first's will remain on paper only.

Rude/Non-cooperative staff
Visited the bank for linking aadhaar and phone number
But they only issue 10 tokens per day
Been standing in the queue since 7am
They won't give any tokens to more than 10 people.
Utter waste of everyone's time
