★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure how they are running the bank, if you go into this branch (i am not sure other IDBi branch, i visit only this IDBI branch) you would feel there is no process in place. No queing system and no waiting area and you need to find yourself whom you want to contact in branch. I'hve had submitted all my KYC docs in month of Aug to activate my inactive account, after couple of weeks i visit branch again as problem was not resolved they did not have record what i submitted as KYC i had to given it again. Stilll Today as of 4th Jan 2017, my account is still inactive. I have very bad experience with IDBI bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. I just went there for opening my friend bank account. All staff are busy in there own work. Nobody is taking the charge.After requesting 4 times that i have no time, they started work. For opening a small account we have spent one and half hour. Worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience even when you have a high valued salary account with them . Executive responds after 25 days that since photo was not clear he can't open the account and will take few more days. He is by the way sending whatsapp messages to keep the relationship , but to open a salary account he requires 25 + more days. When I called him more than 5 times , he told nothing can be done and do whatever you want.
Never go to these banks and avoid opening any account. They are not accountable to any one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid opening an account here. The staff is unhelpful, and uninterested in providing any services. For something as simple as hotlisting a debit card and getting a replacement issued, I have been following up for 3 weeks, but no action from branch people.
