Customer care IDBI bank, head mumbai. Even not slove the problem.
I paid 5000/_ ,
But they they right now not responding ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice maintained branch. The ATM machine is very fast. The ATM machine is a new type of machine, fully touch screen. The branch is quite huge. There is enough space for coustomers inside. The Ambience is bright. There is ample parking space inside the compound. The branch can be easily located.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bank staff is useless, every time the bank manager has to get involved to solve the problems. All staff members are not on the same page. Worst banking experience ever. I got feed up with the bank and their services and closed my current Account. I would suggest never go to IDBI. This why international and private banks are doing well in india,I always wanted a Indian bank, however employees and banks like IDBI & SBI force people to go to international and private banks by providing such pathetic experiences.
