The builder claim everything is fine and justify the wrong thing by "those who booked flat are they fool"
Wrong is wrong that's not a justification.
The more question about the legal papers they become offended.
They just need your money no question asked.
Consult your lawyer before investing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a very good budget friendly residential project by Ideal Group in comparison to other reputed builders. Its located on Sonarpur Road, which is 1.3 km from Kamalgazi more & 3.6 km away from Kavi Nazrul Metro.
The area is still under development, hopefully will be developed before completion of this project.
Construction & architecture of the property is also very good having all kind of amenities, which are in-process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sonarpur is one of the most sought after localities for residential constructions in Kolkata. I have been looking for a 3 bhk flat in Sonarpur. Among the shortlisted projects is Ideal Aurum. It is an upcoming project and comes with all the modern amenities such as a gym, multiple swimming pools, badminton court, and kids play area. The housing complex in Sonarpur is close to hospitals, malls and schools.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cousin of mine had been looking for a 3 bhk flat in Kolkata and came across Ideal Aurum. It is situated at Sonarpur and is an ongoing project. The project is close to the railway station and EM bypass. It will also have all the necessary amenities when it is ready.
