Update after 6 months : The roads are even more horrible now. Don't understand why people will pay a fortune to buy a flat in such a dirty and congested area. I'm sure all the good reviews are paid one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my acquaintance live here.....the complex is really well built and well maintained. Society here is very friendly. Round the security is available. Places like grocery stores, vegetable market, stationary market, etc are within walking distance. A good place to live in.
