It has a big parking lot, Rain Water Harvesting, 24X7 Power Back up, 24X7 Security, Basketball Court, Air Conditioning, Amphitheatre, Broadband Connectivity, Club House, Community Hall, Vaastu Compliant, Cricket Pitch, Garden, Gym, House Keeping, Joggers Track, Intercom Facility, Kids Play Area, Landscaped Park, Lawn Tennis Court, Lift, WifiMaintenance Staff, Multi Purpose Court, Shopping Arcade, Squash Court, Swimming Pool, Visitor Parking, Volleyball Court, Waste Storage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Lakewood estate is a real deal if you want a big space for your home. The estate ranges between 865 to 1419 Sq.ft. It is neares to the Garia metro and has all the basic amentities along with modern facilities. I think you can always go for it if you are willing to shift in the South side of Kolkata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After visiting Unimark's Lakewood estate, I can say that the property is the ideal place for moving in with your family. The modern recreation facilities will be a good fit for my elderly parents and my children. The entire environment of the whole complex is very cheerful. From now onwards I think my elderly parents won't be complaining to me for not getting my company while they are alone at home during my peak working hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Project. Near to Garia metro and new Garia railway station. Worth the investment for future purpose. Already 1st phase booked, few left. 2nd phase work going on. Spacious and worth the view. New shopping mall construction taking place. At present 4 or 2 wheeler necessary to go their. But in future auto stand will be their. Beside there are shallow ponds to enjoy the view. Plus they have demo flat to show to future buyers as well as model plus excellent interiors.
