Water logging is an usual phenomenon in monsoons, overall the entire complex is not Good .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could not rate it less coz it is my first home in kolkata and very close to my heart. A 26 years old complex, very well built (construction materials) and well maintained. Cons: water logging, no lift, small living area, insufficient parking area, aged people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very peaceful, no frill, Old housing complex .Nicely maintained by the complex association. Every members of the complex participate in the Durgapuja festival with hearty feelings.
Security system is also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's one of the most peaceful societies I've ever been too. People staying there are so kind and helpful to each other it's rare to be seen nowadays. Location is very good. Very well connected by Metro, buses, local train and all other modes of public transport. So near to Eastern Bypass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is well for few bus routes in different directions, nearby Khudiram metro station. But land of housing is low. Water logging problem is constant for last 10/15 years. Road condition is too risky to drive. Full of patch repair of different size pot holes.
