★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted one Retail billing software for our Brand and opted ignite after discussions about our requirement. We had given assurance that if we make one shot payment for the software then Ignite company will give free maintenance for life time. Accordingly we did payment in one shot and purchased the software. Initial installments were done after payment but end to end configuration and billing began after 6-7 months later. Many options visible on the software were not working when we started complaining about the shortcoming in billing related things Ignite team had always been ignorant. They had given some CDMA mobile number as their official land line number. Our ten had to go to find out their office by tracing the address given in the invoice. After long perusal we started using the software for billing with certain limitations. We had opted for multi store option. We requested for adding new multi deisgner store at Indiranagar and they started asking extra money for installation. Although it was a branch under our company Ignite customer support team gave the reason that store name is different so they have to charge extra for installing software. We paid and installed the software. Now when GST is implemented this software doesn't comply GST, when we were asking for the GST implementation they were assuring us that it will be done in a week's time but was not done for long 1.5 months, at the end when we confronted them why so much delay then they are asking us to pay more money to make the changes. I mean there is a limit for anyone to comply and continue with such pathetic support when the billing software doesn't have GST implementation which is compulsory for everyone to follow as per Government of India. We urge other Boutiques or Brands not to fall for trap of Ignite company. When we see the rating we can make out it is not from reputed brands and it looks like fake.
