★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good company for workers or agents reason is the only thing they never think about your loss your struggle last month I lost the job.
In one mock call me and my 5 colleuge got failed so instead of forwarding us to another process or in training they said we'll try to give you another job and told us to wait we waited 10 days nothing happened they didn't even said that find another job we wasted our 10 days in hope that we'll not be spell out and aftr that again they said wait till 27 and when we waited till that they said that you can not be a employe here anymore because there are no vacancies.but when they gave us the resignation aftr that the same I got a call from many recuriter for the same process. Igt people lie all time they don't hace respect for you time effort or anything I had to borrow money from people for the survival and everything and still fnf is pending these people' are really not good in supporting the employees I also read many review for company before going for that but still went there for work but aftr experiencing this me and all of my friends can never go again in the same igt company reason is only one thing they are really not ready to support you they simply say we will try but they will do nothing remember.. they don't have supporting trainer , TL or manager think before you go for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave interview here on call and I got selected after 2nd round.They told me on call that they will give me salary in hand salary of Rs.12600 But where I am working, my salary is 14000 in hand and then I told to Nidhi (HR) that I can't do the job because i can't survive with so lack salary and I refused her so she threatened me that she is blacklisting me well You guys tell me that did i do something wrong with HR, She will right to blacklist me like this way ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Politics everywhere . IJPs are all planned. People with no skill who know how to flatter their bosses get promoted here, and people with actual talent are left stuck in a dead end. They promote the " Smart work over Hard work" culture, which is not wrong however smart work here simply means flattering your boss and playing politics. I have been working here from last 7 years plus , tried for IJP several times but they either have someone decided in advance or simply won't promote you because they don't have good relations with you. IJP here simply means Internal jaan Pehchaan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got an email from Mr. Varun Singhal (via Naukri) regarding a job opening for a UFT tester with 5+ years of experience. Since it is more relevant to my profile I applied and as expected I received a call for an interview with discussed salary package.
Further, I have cleared two technical rounds which covered more UFT-related questions and coding.
After successful completion, Mr. Varun told me that the hiring person recommended my profile for manual testing (Even though I performed well and answered all technical questions) so the package will be lesser than we discussed earlier. I understand this would be their strategy for negotiation so, I accepted since it is a WFH long-term job.
After all these processes Mr. Varun told me to share the required documents for sending the offer and onboarding details which I have shared and was expecting an onboarding call from him. Meantime based on his confirmation I have ignored the other offer on hand.
On Monday morning he texted me and said we are taking a resource from the inside(he/she was on the bench) so NOT proceeding with the onboarding. I never had such a worst experience so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working with Expedia !! Company is good (khayalo mai) they want their employees to work for them do ots do extra hours but when it comes the pay time then everyone becomes mr.india. we get to know(yaar hari bhi nhi aaai full salary hum kya kare) rsponse from our tl's or mangers.
Arey choti bacchi ho kya ?? seriously. I am done with this company they dont take care of their employees .. their always a glitch when it comes to login hours i dont know who made their software like worked for an hour it will show 30 mins ( jaan lelo hamari) . Since January 2022 and till today no matter have been solved related to our extra payout.
If someone will read this from igt expedia please please please give us our hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company to work with, they do not recognize the overtime when they need to pay.
Poor management, manager eats vimal on floor this is the standard of organisation. Never ever join, they hold the salary with no reasons and Hr says it was miscommunication wow. Think 100 of times before you join.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My biggest regret is I have worked in this company igt and the process I used to work for was indigo airlines. This is worst company I have ever seen the staff and management systems are aweful and their behavior with agents is abusive they really don't even know how to talk to their Admins or agents and if I comes to the salary point I bet a simple rikshaw man earns much better than igt's employees and most important part is about work the production hours are supposed to be 8 hours but they rush their employees off for like 12 hours. I left out of there within 4 months they didn't even do full AnD finall of my salary. I recommend if you want your health to bee good just don't jump off to this company.
