★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Scinces is a government undertaking hospital is situated near Dilshad Garden Delhi. Earlier it was called mental hospital Shahdara. Now it is specialist hospital of psychiatric and neurology . All the doctors and staff is good. Patients care is good . I had worked in this institute from 1995 to 2001 in engineering department .

Patients Management was quit nice compared to another hospitals in delhi.
Junior doctor really a irresistible, not listening and just capy paste formula.
Overall hospital is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My nephew is currently getting treatment here. Response towards patient is very unprofessional.. Even doctor is giving appointment and on same day after reaching at hospital they are on leave.. I don't know how people gave here 4.3 star just saw now.. Even today doctor gave time and his phone is off..i can say very poor services they are giving.. I can just request Plz don't play with patient health and emotions too... As a doctor they should know the responsibility because they carry more weightage towards society.. These things should nit entertained like this.. This is why people are preferring private hospital.. Government is appointing doctor in gov hospital but due to doctors activity and mismanagement people are hopeless and frustrated... Hope this post will highlight...

1. Peaceful and calm place.
2. Very well trained doctors and staff.
3. Security staff is professional and courteous.
4. Neat & clean places inside hospital.
Especially washroom areas are clean and hygiene is maintained with taps, doors very well working unlike other govt hospitals.
Cons:-
1. Location is somewhat in outskirts of Delhi so more time to reach for someone coming from North, South, Centre or West Delhi.
2. Canteen for outside people could be expanded so that more options can be provided for lunch and snack for patients family members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have been taking treatment for borderline personality disorder from this hospital for 4 years.. Although it is government hospital, yet the management and cleanliness in the hospital is just like any private hospital... there is clean and cold drinking water available...there are clean toilets...it is very clean everytime.... there are dustbins everywhere... there are so many guards who manage the queues and the crowd exceptionally well... there is token system in whole hospital which is strictly followed by all... there is greenery and parks in the hospital... medicines are available free of cost... counselling facility also available but counselling sessions are given once in a month and for lesser duration.... counselling is upto the mark... u have to take it privately as i took... u have to come early morning so that your number comes early..... the doctors are also nice here....
