All the staffs were very attentive all have responded to me in a very well manner with a pleasant smile when ever I got a doubt. Also I would like to talk about Mr arun he assisted me from the day one to till the day I get my product.

Sales executive provided proactive suggestions and made my purchase experience better. Highly recommended store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are trying so hard to be polite. I appreciate their efforts lol . I'm giving 2 stars only for agreeing to exchange the charger and that too you didn't gave me what I asked (20W charger). Also, ain't no fooling anyone, I saw the 20W charger on Amazon and you said no one's selling it without cable. Anyways I won't recommend this shop because of its poorly trained staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the most amazing experience here. Came here because my laptop charger stopped functioning. I was told I would have to visit and iCare. Which by then was shut. Sensing my dilemma, they offered to keep my laptop back and charge it till the mall shut. Definitely something not listed under apple services. Bunch of nice guys.
