★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception guy is so rude and he doesn’t have any sense to talk. Need to upgrade sanitisation. We didn’t see any sanitiser to wash hands at center. At least put automatic sanitiser at entrance if you are charging Rs.4500/- for CT Scan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely 3rd class service. Doctors are never on time. Staff is rude and useless. They let you sit for 2-3 hours without any regret. Better to go to other center for any scanning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forget about the reception staff, the doctor Uday him self is quite rude and adamant. They are running business because of reference from Bopal Trauma Centre. They will collect the money and wont give you the scanning image except the details in a plain paper. As on date most of the bopal residents don't have any alternative hence they are minting money. Anyway its their business and the customers are fools and hence they are visiting this centre.

Reports not shared to patient. It is shared directly to the doctor who has prescribed for the imaging centre

Also no safety for covid19 and not folloing the rules ,
Just look at on reception there is no senitiser,
