★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the Worst Pathology Lab I have ever seen.
Hygiene: It is very unhygienic, person collecting the blood was touching the garbage with his bare hands. Also, there was no sanitation done by the blood collecting personnel.
Service: Very bad customer service. There seems to be no dedicated staff for blood collection. We went at 8 am and there was nobody at the clinic to collect blood. the person sitting at the reception said he will collect the blood. When we specified the name of the blood test, he started to search it on Google to understand what it is. I dont know if I can rely on the test results from this lab.
Cost: They are as costly as the most expensive labs in Kharghar, but Impact provides the worst service. I dont feel the need to spend so much and then get this kind of service.
Honest advice, there are much better labs, do not waste time, energy and most important of all, ,your health at this lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken appointment for PFT test. When I visited the center they said that are u covid patient i said no my test was done 20 days back and it came negative. They said that you have to come after 30 days for no reason.
Really waste of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience , they don’t care about patient care and severity. Poor handling of patients . There appointment management is poorest. On Friday they say they offer good packages at discount but when i went there for TFT then they said there machine is not working but other days it always works then what’s the mean of offer. Please go to professional lab rather.
