★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Very good diagnostic centre in Kharghar.
2. Services are very fast and prompt.
3. Its located in Sector 4 of Kharghar, a prime location.
4. Previously their diagnostic centre was only on the 1st floor. But, now they have it on the ground floor too. So, now no need to climb steps and go till the 1st floor, especially when you are the patient.
5. Staff is good.
6. Located in Bhoomi tower. The nearest landmark is the Vodafone galley.
7. They send the blood test report via email also.
8. Blood test Charges are reasonable.
9. Pretty old and well known diagnostic centre in Kharghar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service and timely service with trained staff... they have shifted recently to new premises in ground floor... though first floor is also operational as the lab is there only.. the washroom are pretty clean and staff is very courteous... there app sucks though and a lot needs to be done on IT front by them... the reports are generated on timely manner and sent on email as well... sms are also received on time for the same...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today 17.5.2020 I went to srl lab at kharghar for test. I was advised to go to Apollo but I thgt since ithis is nearby this is good.
But to my horror I saw no one was wearing gloves.
One person' was using his handkerchief to cover mouth while the lady who took my blood was using her dupatta. She did not even wear gloves to collect my blood. For card swiping she just took my card n gave me machine directly to feed in the pin. No cover no protection. If a pathology centre behaves
thisy way what direction are we showing to the common public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst lab for testing......how can we rely on your reports. I called up for home test of my dad for total check-up plan for morning fasting collection which they confirmed me over call immediately as we booked and later on the day before testing tooo we waited for check up till 10am of test booking day but no response my father stayed empty stomach till then when we called up they told they can't come for collection which they should say us prior in morning of collection but still we agreed keeping current scenario in mind. we asked them for another schedule available with them n got the blood test done by SRL itself we were supposed to get the reports by next day afternoon so we booked our specialist doctor appointment for a day after that but till next day evening didn't receive any report so we followed with no. on app for contact we have not received full reports and the customer care service is just rotating call n not addressing the problem this is totally not professional n unethical as a lab so known can't can do this. Even on a day after where i have my specialist appointment i have not received the full report my dad is a high bp n kidney patient n had liver disease in past so a full report was must n in covid scenario getting appointment is difficult with specialist . So please improve your working on timing as critical patient are relied on labs for test n please be clear with your communications in regards to timing. Now i doubt SRL diagnostic because of the response i got are even your reports accurate cz your services and timings are clearly not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 19.02.2022 my wife and myself got tested for lipid profile and blood sugar. But one Male lab assistant was injected syringe in wife elbow surprised he has injected the syringe not properly and it got infected and black coloured it is appearing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SRL labs does not do test in lab, for 200/₹extra they want sample to be collected from home for RTPCR TEST. So well reputed but want to force customer for extra 200/is very cheap behavior
