★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good lab but too expensive. Pl check the rates with other labs before availing their services. I did urine culture. They charged me Rs 1200 which is almost 50% higher than the charges at Dr Lal path lab. The rates in general vary from 800 to 950 Rs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a very good experience here... seeing how anxious I was, the Doctor assured me that he would personally check the blood . Not only that, he sent me the report that same day by email and he called me later at night and told me all is normal... continue with your exercises and stay happy. To me it was God working through him. Thanks a lot doctor... for that personal touch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had done my baby's covid test done through them and paid them Inr 980 for same on 20/3/2021.firstly they don't give you proper bills for these tests and give you small chits written for it. As I wanted a proper bill from them dated 20/3/2021 they later arranged a bill dated 21/3/2021. My only request to them was that I paid them on 20/3/2021 and hence I should be given a bill dated 20/3/2021 after lot of arguments they banged fone on me saying "kkya ukhad legi"
And now I know why do they do this is cos they have tied up with another lab in vashi names UDC and they get ur tests done from there, keep some commission and ur money for a day and then speak like above "kya ukhad legi"
The worst ever lab that I have come across and interacted with behaves in a manner as if they are doing lot of favours which they are not and get into unnecessary arguments.
Pls recheck on your decision before vistinf them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prime Diagnostics Kharghar, Staff is really curtious, quick sample collection and prompt reports. As Dr Apoorva himself conduct test in the lab results are fast unlike other labs where samples goes to different place and then report comes.
