Really not happy with the services being provided for the last one month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had called in their CC for an FTTH connection and the person seemed absolutely not interested.
Managed to get plans somehow. Later the technical person checked out whether he can render services in my area and he was more than happy to get me an ftth.
However, their plans seemed costly and I wanted to talk with someone responsible. I got their boss amit Totre's no. And spoke to him about the plans, and offers (if any) etc and he seemed a bit troubled. His reply was my Google reviews speak for themselves. ?.. so here's my genuine Google review Mr. Amit...
Upon understanding the plans further and hoping to get a connection, I called him with some clarity and doubts and later he disconnected my call with a text msg saying he would call me later. That call never came.
If this is the treatment from a "Service Provider" to a client, then what's the point of being in a service industry?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just Took new connection at my home. m basically a gamer and need stable internet with low latency and high speed. M happy with that m getting commited speed and zero lag for games. Much stable than My previous one. Best thing is that they are providing fiber router also.Sales are very responsive. Only thing is you have to wait for 2 days for new connection installation. rest all is best

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Continue having issues, regret buying the broadband service. Give good service for at least a week and I'll be more than happy to give 5stars.
Edit: Issue is resolved for now.
Edit 2: My user id is cnt0014. I have attached screenshot of speed test and Google meet. I'm getting constant ping fluctuations and I do wfh and I always have disruptions while I'm in call. Each spike that is shown in the meet screenshot is causing me issues.

Only concern is with reduced staff how would they address any network issues if I faced any in future.
I will certainly change rating if any issue wouldn't be addressed promptly. (hoping that there wouldn't be a problem at all... Fingers crossed)
Apart from this, this is best ISP in Bhosari and Indrayani Nagar area.
Go for it without second thought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using creative networka FTTH for over 3 months now . The installation process was swift and easy. Sales team was quick to respond to new installation. The installation team also arrived for installation on time. The service does drop occasionally and thats always going to happen but the customer service is good. You can whatsapp them and they quickly look in to the matter. Usually the complaints are resolved within 4hrs or earlier. Great turnaround time. Speed is also consistent and I never faced a dip in speed
