★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good telecom service company which gives you best plans like 475 rupees to 5mb/s unlimited and over than this,I specially like this but only one thing that I didnot like was its service is not available in all area's some of the area's they give service only when the area has more than 2 to 3 member but its still the right but they should close this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star is also not be given, but yess they are efficient in providing connection and in terms of asking for money for the connection, but they don't even provide proper service, yes its mentioned that spectram provides 24x7 assistance but for me i am still taking follow up for my connection every day i am not getting Internet as i installed it on 4th of May, they come but next day again the issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update after 3 years with Spectrum Telecom. Their services have degraded and the entire experience is just frustrating. Every other day the connection drops for a few minutes or so and sometimes the speed is not as advertised. Even if you pay the recharge is not done on time and you have to call them multiple times to get it done.
Recently faced some issues with the connection and It has been 36 hours! The technician is 5 minutes away since the last 24 hours. After multiple calls to 4 different people the technician is still 2 minutes away.
I would not recommend this ISP. Too many issues as of lately. You'd be better with someone else.
